From 101 (North or South): Take 101 to 880 South. Take the Bascom Avenue Exit. Make a left on Bascom Avenue and a right on Naglee (Naglee becomes Forest). The hospital will be on your right.

From 280 North: Take 880 North toward Oakland. Take West San Carlos Street Exit. Make a left on DiSalvo, which ends at O’Connor Hospital.

From 280 South: Take 880 North towards Oakland. Take Bascom Avenue South Exit. Make a right on Naglee (Naglee becomes Forest). The hospital will be on your right.
