- No One Dies Alone

We have two fellowship positions, one for primary care (Family Medicine, Pediatrics, or Internal Medicine) and one for Emergency Medicine trained physicians. The fellows interact on a regular basis for academic activities such as journal club, sports medicine forum, research activities and sports medicine clinics. However, each fellow is assigned to a different clinical setting for his team physician experience. This separation of clinical activities allows for each fellow to get the most from their training sites. The Primary Care Fellow is assigned to a high school, San Jose State University and works with the San Jose Earthquakes. The Emergency Medicine Fellow is assigned to a different high school, works with Menlo College and the San Jose Sharks. This system provides each fellow with a similar , but separate experience at the high school, collegiate and professional levels.
