Mission Statement: In accordance with the philosophy of the Daughters of Charity of St. Vincent de Paul, the Board of Trustees work with the Foundation staff to increase community awareness of healthcare services for the sick and the poor and philanthropy for charitable services to support O’Connor’s mission and vision of the future.
