More than $250,000 was raised at O'Connor Hospital's fundraiser gala Sept. 16 at the Fairmont Hotel San Jose, part of its effort to raise the $4 million needed to build a new endovascular surgical suite.

Nearly 900 people attended the black-tie affair co-chaired by Helen Marchese Owen of Cupertino and Carol Sabatino of San Jose.
