Robert H. Curry joined the Daughters of Charity Health System leadership team as the President and Chief Executive Officer of O'Connor Hospital in March 2003. He brings more than 25 years of hospital administration experience and a track record of outstanding hospital operations, financial performance and service excellence.
Prior to his move to California, Mr. Curry was with Banner Health System as President and Chief Executive Officer of Thunderbird Samaritan Medical Center in Glendale, Arizona for 13 years. Under his direction, the medical center received numerous awards and was named one of America's Best Hospitals in the July 2002 edition of U.S. News & World Report.
Mr. Curry's additional industry experience includes a 9-year career with Western Reserve Care System in Youngstown, Ohio as Administrator of Northside Medical Center at Tod's Children's Hospital and an executive role with the Forbes Health System in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Curry graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh with Bachelor of Science degrees in both Economics and Accounting and a master's degree in Health Administration. Click here to e-mail Robert Curry.
